2. Services Provided

3. Independent Travel Advisor

Run It Up Getaways operates as an independent travel advisor. We are not employees or agents of airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, or other travel suppliers. We act solely as an intermediary between you and these suppliers, providing recommendations and booking assistance.

4. Supplier Responsibility & Limitation of Liability

All travel bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, etc.). Run It Up Getaways is not responsible for:

• Acts of God, weather conditions, natural disasters, or force majeure events
• Supplier cancellations, delays, schedule changes, or service failures
• Loss, damage, or theft of personal property during travel
• Personal injury, illness, or death occurring during travel
• Travel restrictions, visa denials, or entry requirements
• Disputes between travelers and third-party suppliers

Our liability is limited to the scope of services we directly provide as a travel advisor.

5. Payments, Fees, and Commissions

Payment for travel services is made directly to travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, etc.) according to their payment terms and policies. Run It Up Getaways may earn commissions from suppliers for bookings made on your behalf.

Any planning fees, consultation fees, or service fees charged by Run It Up Getaways will be clearly disclosed and agreed upon before services are rendered. These fees are separate from supplier costs and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

All cancellations, changes, and refund requests are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective travel suppliers. Each supplier has its own cancellation policy, change fees, and refund procedures.

It is your responsibility to review and understand each supplier's cancellation and change policies before booking. Run It Up Getaways will assist with processing cancellations and changes, but we cannot guarantee refunds or waive supplier fees.

7. Travel Documents, Passports, and Visas

You are responsible for ensuring that you have all required travel documents, including valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and health certificates required for your destinations. Run It Up Getaways can provide general guidance on entry requirements, but it is your responsibility to verify current requirements with the appropriate embassies, consulates, and government authorities. We are not liable for denied entry or travel disruptions due to inadequate documentation.

8. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment and provide coverage for trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, travel delays, and other unforeseen events. Run It Up Getaways can provide information about travel insurance options, but the decision to purchase insurance and the selection of coverage is your responsibility.

9. Privacy and Communications

By using our services, you consent to receive communications from Run It Up Getaways via email, phone, and text message regarding your travel plans, bookings, and related services. We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. Information submitted through our contact forms and quote requests will be used solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and providing travel services.
